At Family Traditions Trading LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 30-day return/refund policy for items that meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • The wrong item was received.
  • The product was misprinted or poorly manufactured.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size/color choice.
  • Minor print placement variations typical of print-on-demand items.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at lace@familytraditionstradingllc.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  2. If approved, we will issue a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.

Exchanges

We may offer a one-time exchange if the item is defective or incorrect. We do not offer exchanges for size or style selection errors.

Shipping Returns

You may not need to return the item physically. If return shipping is necessary, we will provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
